By connecting multiple communication channels in one widget, you give your web visitors more options to reach out to you.
The widget will appear on the bottom right (or left, depending on your settings) of your website. Your web visitors can simply click on it, choose their preferred channel for communication, and start chatting with your reps!
Once you've created an account with us, connected your messaging channels, and edited your widget design, simply copy the installation code and insert the code onto your website.
