How do I add multiple teams to one account?

In the case where you’re roping in multiple teams such as customer service, sales, and marketing, you can create additional workspaces and name each workspace accordingly. 

Can I assign roles to my teammates?

Yes, you can assign either an ‘Agent’ or ‘Admin’ role to a teammate when you invite them to your workspace.
