1. Sign up for NovoChat

2. Create a workspace

Creating a workspace allows you to keep track of all your conversations in one place.

Think of it as a folder where you keep important documents. 🗂

You can create several workspaces if you have multiple businesses.

3. Select channels to integrate

Choose from 4 different messaging platforms to integrate into your workspace.

You can integrate all messaging apps into a single dashboard! 😉

4. Import or add contacts

Under the 'contacts' tab, populate your contact list by importing or manually adding contacts.

5. Create a broadcast message

Once you've got a bunch of contacts, it's time to start crafting your message!

Click on the "broadcasts' tab and then hit the "new broadcast" button.

6. Craft your message

Give your broadcast message a title, choose a time (either immediately or at a scheduled date and time), select your broadcast channel, and type your message!

You can also use placeholders such as 'contact name' for that personalized touch. 🤘

Once you're done, click on 'continue'.

7. Select your recipients

Here, you have the freedom to pick and choose your recipients. Or, simply select all of them.

Once you've selected your recipients, click on 'continue'.

Choose from your list of contacts.

8. Save and send!

Double-check your message to make sure it's good to go, and then click on 'send now' to broadcast your message! 😁

If you're not ready, just click on the 'save draft' button and send it at a later time.
